Ms. Agarwal joined Creation Investments in 2020 and is a Director, focusing her energy and efforts on investments in India. Previously, she was the head of Structured Finance & Products at Northern Arc Capital, where she conducted detailed due diligence on companies, assessed business risks, and launched several innovative products. Prior to that, she worked for ICRA Ratings covering the financial services sector in depth including NBFCs and banks, giving her substantial expertise in credit markets in India.

Ms. Agarwal received a Master of Business Administration from the Management Development Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Statistics, and Mathematics from St. Xavier’s College. Ms. Agarwal lives in Bangalore with her husband and daughter.
