Ms. Halk joined Creation Investments in 2024 and is the Compliance Officer, focusing her energy and efforts on all matters related to regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Creation Investments, she served in a number of in-house compliance roles as well as different roles at compliance consulting firms. Throughout her career, Ms. Halk has worked closely with investment firm Chief Compliance Officers to evaluate and improve their existing policies and procedures.

Ms. Halk received a Juris Doctor from Pace Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminal Justice from the State University of New York at Albany. Ms. Halk resides in Dallas with her partner and three dogs.
