Ms. Bhat joined Creation Investments in 2022 and is the Senior Corporate Secretary & Operations Manager - India. She focuses her energy and efforts on the overall compliance management, governance & Indian Office operations. Previously, she worked at Trianz and Tamara & Innovations Group in a Corporate Secretary role, where she provided an independent approach to, governance and compliance management.

Ms. Bhat received a Bachelor of Law Degree from Karnataka State Law University and a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Karnataka University. She is also a Fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Ms. Bhat resides in Bengaluru with her family.
