Mrs. Minore joined Creation Investments in 2025 and is a Senior Associate, focusing her energy and efforts on business development and capital raising for investments in private equity and private credit. Previously, she was an investor relations and business development associate at Intrinsic Edge Capital Management, serving high net worth and institutional investors. Mrs. Minore began her career as an interest rates trader at UBS.

Mrs. Minore received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. Mrs. Minore resides in Chicago with her husband.
