Mr. Karas joined Creation Investments at the beginning of 2026 as a Fund Accountant, where he focuses on the financial reporting, operations, and compliance of the firm’s investment funds. Prior to joining Creation Investments, he worked in public accounting at Grant Thornton as an auditor, serving both private and public clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, financial services, logistics, and nonprofit organizations.

Mr. Karas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is eligible to sit for the CPA exam and plans to complete his certification by the end of 2026.
