Ms. Foley joined Creation Investments in 2026 and is Vice President, Investor Relations, leading all aspects of investor relations and marketing across fundraising, LP relationships, and reporting. Previously, she held investor relations roles focused on natural capital investing with New Forests, Campbell Global and EFM.

Ms. Foley received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts from Portland State University. Kim lives in the Chicagoland area and actively volunteers with women in investing and local mutual aid groups.
