Ms. Puranik joined Creation Investments in 2025 and is a Junior Corporate Secretary and Assistant Operations Manager. She previously worked with QFI Technologies as Associate Company Secretary and with the Manipal Technologies group as Legal Executive. She handles legal, corporate and regulatory compliance along with stakeholder coordination.

Ms. Puranik is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mangalore University. Ms. Puranik currently resides in Bengaluru with her family.
