Mr. Tandon joined Creation Investments in 2026 and is an Associate, focusing his efforts on evaluating and pursuing new investment opportunities, as well as supporting portfolio companies. Prior to joining Creation, Mr. Tandon worked in investment banking at DC Advisory, Spark Capital, and J.P. Morgan, focusing on the Indian financial services sector.

Mr. Tandon received an MBA from MDI Gurgaon, and a Bachelors degree in in Economics from Hindu College, University of Delhi. Mr. Tandon is currently based out of Bangalore.
